Cancellation Policy

You have made an appointment at Evergreen Massage & Wellness for massage. Your therapist is a professional health care provider who will work with you and your physician to help you achieve your health care goals.

Please keep in mind that your therapist has reserved this time exclusively for you and will not treat any other patients during this time period. If you find that you will not be able to keep your appointment, please do us the courtesy of calling to inform us so that we may offer the time slot to another patient on our waiting list. 


Cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance. The client is solely responsible for paying the no show fees should they arise. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or no show will be charged a $50 fee to your credit card on file. 


The therapist has the right to keep or cancel a patient who arrives more than 15 minutes late for an appointment. The patient will be subject to a $50 late fee if the therapist decided to cancel the appointment due to a late show. We appreciate your consideration and ask that you fill out the intake forms completely so that your Therapist is able to provide you with the most effective treatment possible.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you to please give us at least 24-hours notice. For online scheduling, you can to cancel the appointment online, please check your confirmation email.


Terms and Conditions for Coupons & Promotions:

  1. Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply to full price of the service only.

  2. Not valid on past purchases.

  3. Cannot be combined with other discount offers, store credits or gift certificate. 

  4. Only one coupon/promotion is allowed per visit. 

  5. New Client discount is only valid towards 10% off your first visit and is automatically applied at check out.

How To Redeem Your Coupon/Gift Certificate Online

  1. Visit our Online Booking site

  2. Look for the green button that says 'Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate' on the scheduling page.

  3. Click on the green button and Enter your code into the box and press 'Apply'.

     **NOTE: Promo Code cannot be used with store credit or gift certificate
