Here at Evergreen Massage & Wellness, we want to make sure clients can enjoy a massage in an inexpensive and peaceful environment that allows them to relieve their pain, stress, and worries in life. Our membership is designed to provide our clients with an opportunity to care for their health and wellness at an affordable cost.

Our basic wellness plan includes:

• (1) massage session per month

​

• Unused sessions roll-over (active member-only; unused session for an inactive member is not redeemable)​

• Share membership with 1 additional person

​

• Extra massage at membership rates

​

• Membership-only specials (sent conveniently via email)​

HOW DOES IT WORK

​

• Our membership is a month-to-month program. 

​

• Payment is made via auto-debit once per month (on the 1st of each month).

​

• Once you enrolled, your charges will not be refundable.

​

• Member may leave the program at any time with 30 days written notice (complete a termination form)

​

​

Please ask our reception staff for a membership enrollment form to be sent.
